Hello Everyone

Тoday’s recipe is my beef salad.  It is so simple to make it and it doesn’t require lots of ingredients. I hope this could be the ideal salad for your ordinary dinner table. You can eat this salad as a side dish, light lunch, picnic, or you can make a sandwich too 😉

Ingredients:

– 4 boiled egg

– 1 cup boiled beef,  thinly sliced (without fat),  ( when you boil a beef put your  favorite seasoning like anise, dill, bay leaf, ground  peppers,)

– 1 stalk celery

– 1 stalk green onion

– 1/2 can green peas, drained  (optional)

-1/2 cup cucumber, seeds removed and thinly sliced

-1/2 cup mayonnaise

To make:

1. Boil the eggs and let it cool and peel

2. Boil beef with your favorite seasoning about 1 hour  (meat shouldn’t be too tender. It should be sliceable)

3. Slice eggs, beef and vegetable with your desired thickness and shape

4. Put all sliced and chopped ingredient in large bowl and mix well with mayonnaise
