Spider web eggs

Hello  Everyone.

Today I am presenting my Spider web egg  recipe. This is kind of devilled egg but colored.

This recipe is very suitable for an Easter dinner and summer picnic potlucks. I have been known to devour a dozen of these in one sitting. Deviled eggs are easy to make and are always a hit at gatherings. To make them extra pretty, just pipe the egg yolk mayonnaise filling with a star-tipped piping bag

What follows is a basic recipe, though there are so many wonderful variations you can make. You can choose any color you want and flavour many different way your egg yolk. I hope you will enjoy my recipe and decorate your party table with it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 stick parsley or coriander

  • food colors 01-06-14. (3)12402134_655840924557676_3200618692793962943_o

To mаke:

1. Boil your eggs in salted water

2. Break the egg shells with spoon but don’t peel them off

3. In bowl, mix your food coloring with water  (color and contract up to you). Each color requires different bowl

4. Put cracked eggs in the coloring bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. (make sure all the eggs should be covered in the colored water)

5. After coloring is done. Peel the eggs and cut in half. Separate the egg yolks

6. Arrange the egg white halves on a serving platter.

7. Using a electric mixer or fork, mash up the yolks. Add mayonnaise, onion,  avocado and a sprinkling of salt and pepper while mixing. Add more mayonnaise as necessary to get to the creamy consistency you want.

8. Pipe through a piping bag (star tip) or simply use a spoon to put the egg yolk mixture into the colored egg white halves.
