Good morning all,
I’m having my coffee and posting my one of all time favorite recipe. I’m sure you will love it too if you like salmon 😉
This oven baked salmon with Parmesan herb crust is definitely one of our favorites. It has just a few ingredients and so quick and easy to prepare, too!
Golden, crispy crumb filled with delicious flavors on top of flaky salmon. Sounds good right 😉
Good luck and enjoy…
Restaurant quality salmon right at home in less than 15 minutes 😉
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wild salmon fillet (1.5-2 pounds)
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs ( you can use Italian breadcrumbs if you like)
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2,3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped ( I like to use thyme, chives, and oregano)
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- sea salt and freshly ground black or peppercorn
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400º F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easiest cleanup.
- Place salmon, skin side down, onto lined baking sheet and sprinkle some sea salt and freshly ground pepper.( I like to use peppercorns) Cover salmon with another piece of parchment paper. Bake salmon for 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and remove the top piece of parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, melted butter, and herbs together.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the salmon. Bake for 10-12minutes until crust is golden.
- This flaky, crunchy herb crust salmon is so good. Serve with your favorite salads, rice, noodle and of course lemon slices 😉

Enjoy 😉
