Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Activia yogurt.

Delicious, simple smoothie! My kids favorite!  Use frozen fruit because it will keep the smoothie ice cold, extra thick. Enjoy 😉

Ingredients:

Yield: 2 servings.

  • 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 medium orange peeled, sliced
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup  strawberry yogurt ( activia)
  • 1/2 cup filtered water ( or lemon water )
  • 1 tsp honey optional Banana strawberry smoothie with avtivia  (2)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into 2 tall chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
